What is the lead time to produce my order?

Generally production time is 2-3 weeks, plus 1 week to deliver via Air Freight. This is subject to change. Please check with customer service if you need rush production.

Steps:
Generally, after you submit your order, it takes 1-2 business days to get a pre-production 3D video proof. After proof has been approved, production will take 2-3 weeks to manufacture, then with shipping via Air Freight (for orders under 1,500 pcs), add 3-5 business days to deliver from our factory in China to Continental USA.

How long will it take to produce my order?

It depends on what you order, but the general rule is 3-4 weeks from when you place approve your proofs. Delivery is usually Door to Door. Please call for exact delivery options, based on the style and quantity you order.

What do I need to do first to get started?

  1. Order your free sample kit here.
  2. On each product page, find the Templates Tab, where you will find the specific template for your preferred style. Then download the zip file.
  3. Submit your order via the Online Order Form
  4. Upload your artwork in the official Adobe Illustrator template file.
  5. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive your  free 3D video proof.
  6. Approve your proof and submit your 50% deposit to start production.
  7. Production begins.
  8. After production is complete, you will also receive a complimentary post-production video for your reference of what was shipped. This is helpful if you are shipping to an external meeting or event. Example pre-production and post production videos.

What are the specifications for Digital Artwork? What type of file do I need to submit?

Digital artwork in our official Adobe Illustrator Templates is required for all orders.

Your AI file must be formatted as CMYK at 300-350 DPI, as per Adobe Illustrator. Make sure all images are embedded and fonts are outlined.

Artwork must contain patent details.

What is the Patent # and Why do I need it?

The Patent # is needed as this is a PATENTED product. If you have been told it is not necessary, then you may not be purchasing the original and patented Magic Cube® brand of folding 3D media. Copies are subject to US Customs seizing the goods. Please use this Patent # when you are designing your cubes. You may place it on any panel, so long as it is legible.

How can I tell if my layout is correct?

Its easy. Just submit a DRAFT (as many as you like) to your customer service rep. They will personally review it with you so your project turns out just the way you want it. Just save your artwork with the die cut layer visible and as a med resolution JPG or PDF file. Then upload with your online order or email to your account manager. We’ll get back to you with our comments the same day.

What is the Minimum Order?

The standard minimum for most products is 300 pcs. If you need less than the posted minimums, we suggest you ask us. In many cases we can produce as low as 50 pcs. We use top quality 4 Color Process Litho Printing, so there is a significant cost savings per unit with larger quantities.

What does the term FOB Los Angeles mean?

The term FOB stands for Freight On Board. When you purchase ‘something’ and pay for it with terms ‘FOB origin’ it means the responsibility of the Seller (MagiCubes) stops when the ‘goods’ are delivered to the transporting company at our warehouse in Los Angeles or another “FOB location”.
