I need to take a moment and tell you that Chantel Fielder in your organization provided myself and Wilson Sporting Goods with the best customer service I have ever experienced from a vendor. Our order was complicated and kept changing and had three separate delivery/pickup details ranging from USA, Canada and Germany. Throughout the process, Chantel was outstanding at dealing with all of our issues and concerns.
She is a true asset, and as I hope you know, at the end of the day people make the difference and are the real assets that any company must need to survive. Regardless of what we are selling, the people like Chantel are what makes or breaks our organizations.
